We endeavour to ethically source all our produce, people really support these choices and we love starting with excellent ingredients! All our bacon, ham, chicken and beef are free range from a traditional butcher who smokes all the ham and bacon himself. Our free range eggs come from the farm directly to us. We also use a local milk supplier and choose a speciality café milk proving a lovely smooth texture for our speciality coffee made with predominantly certified Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee beans, the ultimate premium quality bean.


We have gluten free and vegetarian options, we're also happy to discuss changes to accommodate dietary needs. After much careful sourcing we are delighted with the quality of our local gluten free bread…..it’s the best you have ever tasted.

Notes from our head chef…..

Being English myself and having lived and worked in Europe you will notice some European inspired dishes on our menu such as ‘Welsh Rarebit’ and ‘Beef Daube'. It is truly exciting and inspiring to have such a great range of meat, cheese, artisan breads and quality fruit and veg almost on our doorstep here in the Dandenongs; and as such I’m often looking to try new dishes on the menu especially with changing seasons.
